Everything was excellent

Came to the hotel and the router was waiting for me there. The speed was perfect; 3 users didn’t feel any freezing while surfing and watching YouTube. Coverage was fine—from Tokaido to Fukuoka and from big cities to villages everywhere we were in. Definitely would use it again.

Very good service

Used this pocket wi fi for my month in Japan because my phone would not take an esim. Great service from econnect. Was waiting for me at my hotel on arrival and whilst it needed to be charged regularly (after 3 hours use) I found it great. Easy to return too

Easy, reliable, and even comes with a portable charger

This was so easy to use. The pick up at the post office was simple. The instructions were clear and we had it up and running in a very short time. The device was very reliable and gave us such peace of mind to be connected as we needed it. I would use this same service again and again.

Good

Pocket Wi-Fi is very useful. The battery drains fairly quickly, so we only turned it on when we needed to plot a route or translate something. The included external battery partially solves this problem.

Gute Erfahrung

Hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Abholung und Rückgabe waren einfach. Das Gerät hat gut funktioniert, der Akku war nach 4 Stunden leer, dafür hat es aber eine Powerbank dabei gehabt.

How does Pick up & Return work?

Pick up

Pick up at your desired location: airport, hotel, guest house, ryokan, post office or a private residence. Any address in Japan will do!

Return

We provide a prepaid return envelope with all the necessary information filled in. All you have to do is put all the items in the envelope and drop it in a post box anywhere in Japan.

• The connection speeds shown above are provided on best effort basis. Actual speeds vary depending on location and connection status.
• Network provider (Softbank) reserves the right to restrict the connection speed for those who have used significant amount of data in a short period of time (or for those whose network activities are considered as suspicious).
