Product OK but not great
I was somehow satisfied with your product however sometimes it was difficult to get the signal and have internet. On my arrival, I used an ESIM for few days before using your product and was very satisfied. I am ambivalent if I would use a power connect over a normal sim card

Pocket wifi worked every place I went in japan. I really appreciated the service! The company sent the device to my hotel and to give back was really easy too! I recommend the service if you are traveling to Japan
Easy to use
It was so easy to use your pocket WiFi! It was waiting at my hotel and was ready to use out of the box. I just connected my phone to it and BAM...internet. We were in Japan for for 22 days and never lost signal or had a problem, even in the mountains. Works wonderfully!

Het apparaat is eenvoudig in gebruik. Prettig om online te zijn als je onderweg bent. De route zoeken of een restaurant in de buurt. De batterij liep helaas snel leeg en de connectie met de extra batterij liep niet helemaal goed. Het kabeltje kwam los te zitten en laadde daardoor niet op
PERFECT FUNCTIONING
They sent us the box with the pocket wifi to the hotel where we were staying the day we arrived, perfectly packaged and with instructions. It has worked perfectly every day. It comes with an external battery in case the pocket had to be recharged, which also served us for phones. The pocket and the battery take up little space in your bag. It is the first time I have used it and the experience has been very good. It is returned on the last day by mail, in one of the mailboxes on the street, in the cardboard envelope that is attached to the box with the pocket, and which has all the information completed.

How does Pick up & Return work?
Pick up
Pick up at your desired location: airport, hotel, guest house, ryokan, post office or a private residence. Any address in Japan will do!
Return
We provide a prepaid return envelope with all the necessary information filled in. All you have to do is put all the items in the envelope and drop it in a post box anywhere in Japan.

Q. What happens if I use up 50GB?
When your data usage reaches the total data allotment, the network operator may impose a speed restriction. While this results in significantly reduced speeds, your internet connection won’t be cut off even under these restrictions.
Q. Can I purchase more data if needed?
Adding more data might be feasible, depending on our data pooling availability. Please email us with the specific amount of data (GB) you’d like to add, and we'll verify if we can fulfill your request.
Q. How many devices can a Pocket WiFi connect simultaneously?
Our Pocket WiFi devices can connect up to 10 devices at the same time. This means an entire family, or an individual with multiple devices (laptop, tablet, game console, etc.) can all connect their devices to a single device.
Q. Is it possible to extend my Pocket WiFi rental period?
Unless we are fully booked, extending your rental is definitely possible. The extension fee will be based on your initial daily rental rate. To request an extension, please email us with your order number.
Precautions before using Pocket WiFi
- The connection speeds shown above are provided on best effort basis. Actual speeds vary depending on location and connection status.
- Network provider (Softbank) reserves the right to restrict the connection speed for those who have used significant amount of data in a short period of time (or for those whose network activities are considered as suspicious).
- Your device must be WiFi enabled.
