Neat and handy
We were able to collect at our first hotel. That was nicely planned. For the useage it's quite simple, we even got a power brick to change the device if it ran our of battery, not sure if it was with the order. Very rarely during our trip my wifi pocket had a slight bug, but in the manual it stated to just do a reset, which sort out the issue. For sending it back, it was very clear instructions and was also able to find a postbox at the airport. Would use it again!
easy to use
connection can go everywhere, just need to make sure the battery wouldn't last the whole day. plug in provided Backup battery will be better. only change the backup at night.

How does Pick up & Return work?
Pick up
Pick up at your desired location: airport, hotel, guest house, ryokan, post office or a private residence. Any address in Japan will do!
Return
We provide a prepaid return envelope with all the necessary information filled in. All you have to do is put all the items in the envelope and drop it in a post box anywhere in Japan.

Q. What happens if I use up 50GB?
When your data usage reaches the total data allotment, the network operator may impose a speed restriction. While this results in significantly reduced speeds, your internet connection won’t be cut off even under these restrictions.
Q. Can I purchase more data if needed?
Adding more data might be feasible, depending on our data pooling availability. Please email us with the specific amount of data (GB) you’d like to add, and we'll verify if we can fulfill your request.
Q. How many devices can a Pocket WiFi connect simultaneously?
Our Pocket WiFi devices can connect up to 10 devices at the same time. This means an entire family, or an individual with multiple devices (laptop, tablet, game console, etc.) can all connect their devices to a single device.
Q. Is it possible to extend my Pocket WiFi rental period?
Unless we are fully booked, extending your rental is definitely possible. The extension fee will be based on your initial daily rental rate. To request an extension, please email us with your order number.

- The connection speeds shown above are provided on best effort basis. Actual speeds vary depending on location and connection status.
- Network provider (Softbank) reserves the right to restrict the connection speed for those who have used significant amount of data in a short period of time (or for those whose network activities are considered as suspicious).
